There are three current developments under construction where new home construction buyers can find homes in San Clemente.  Located in the Talega development in Talega, homes can be found in the following communities:  Alta, Altura and Carillon.  New Homes in the Atla community in Talega are currently priced in the $1.5 range and there are several re-sale homes for sale ranging from $1.3 to $1.8 million.  New Homes in the Altura community will range again in the $1.5 range with homes ranging from 4,700 square feet to 5,300 square feet, the same as the Alta homes.  There are currently no re-sale homes for sale in Altura.  The other new community in Talega is Carillon with new home sale prices in the upper $900,000 range.   There are currently no re-sale
