There are many other places in San Clemente to find ocean front homes.  The next ocean front community would be Cyprus Shores. The majority of the homes listed below will be from Cyprus Shores as many of the homes in this community line up along the bluff front on "Calle Ariana" street. Homes on this strip will be single level homes which many of them were built in the 1970's. The next ocean front real estate will be in the Southwest San Clemente area as many of the homes line the ocean bluff.
