San Clemente Marblehead Neighborhoods 

Marblehead is well known for it's single family homes but also for residential condos like New Providence which is especially popular with families as the condos appear as detached single family homes with great curb appeal.  Faire Harbour tends to offers very attractive price points with nice ocean views.  One thing to note is that if you are sensitive to noise make sure to view the condo in person since the complex is located near the freeway.  The other communities in Marblehead are located behind a gated communities which consists of:  Highland Light Village, Highland Light Estates, Signal Point, Summit at Highland Light and the Crest community.  Amenities include a community tennis and basketball courts, as well as a community park.
