Vista Pacifica San Clemente Condo Prices On The Rise

If you bought a condo in the Vista Pacifica condo complex in the last 6 years then you have seen a lot of ups and downs with real estate prices. At one time these one bedroom condos were selling for over $300,000 and then took a dip down to $150,000 during the downturn of the real estate market. This is also true for condos located on the front row that offers great ocean views. At the height of the market these were easily selling in the mid $400,000 range and came down to the low $200,000 range just several years ago.
The good news is that the San Clemente condo market is coming back and so are the prices at Vista Pacifica! Vista Pacific is located in the Rancho San Clemente area and is known for an ideal place to find affordable condos for sale. The community features several community pools and spas with one car detached garages. The complex offers condos located on either the low or upper levels. Lower level condos are nice with select condos offering a small gated entrance that could be used as a small backyard. The upstairs units offer vaulted ceilings which gives the illusion of more space in these rather small condos that don't exceed over 900 square feet.
In the last 6 months the highest priced sale in Vista Pacific was a 2 bedroom ocean view condo that sold for $290,000. Prices in general in San Clemente have been inching up with the low inventory of properties. A new ocean view condo listing just came on the market in Vista Pacifica and is currently priced at $350,000. We are paying special attention to this property and hope that it sells close to asking price. Believe or not the lowest price condo that is currently available for sale in Vista Pacific is a 2 bedroom condo for sale $299,000. Three additional condos are for sale in the low $300,000 range with 2 properties currently in-escrow. Many owners of these condos have been waiting for the market to rebound before they would sell.
