Southwest San Clemente is widely considered one of the best neighborhoods in San Clemente by many who live here. While the community is predominately filled with residential homes there are also some nice condo and townhouses located in this area. One of the best places to look is near the State Park area which has a large number of oceanfront, ocean view and residential condos.
