What is it like to live in Shorecliffs Terrace? First, you need to be 55 years of age or older to live in this community. The spouse also needs to be at least 45 years of age or older so keep that in mind when looking here. Some of the amenities found in this community include a nice neighborhood clubhouse, salt water pool, spa, sauna and a dedicated fitness room. What makes this community unique from other mobile home parks? For starters, you own the land underneath the manufactured home.
