Sea Summit at Marblehead New Homes

Anticipation is growing as ground has been recently broken for the new Sea Summit at Marblehead community in San Clemente, California. After years of being on hold the mega retail shopping center of Vista Hermosa is in full swing with many of the structures being currently built as well as new homes that will be built by Taylor Morrison home builder. What buyers can expect is for new model homes to become available later this summer and 309 homes being offered for sale to the general public.
The Sea Summit at Marblehead will be split into four different neighborhoods and offer homes starting at just under $1 million dollars. As a local San Clemente Realtor I know local residents are seriously considering a move to the new homes being built here as it provides a very beach close location on the north end of town. There will be a mixture of smaller homes to large custom homes that will give the buyer the ability to choose custom features and finishes. The Plaza San Clemente retails store should also be opening later this year making this a true destination for tourists and residents alike. Expect to find over 70 different stores and restaurants at this location that can be accessed off the Avenida Pico freeway exit. This is by far the most anticipated community in San Clemente in the past 30 years.
