This is the main area that leads down to the San Clemente Pier where many great restaurants and shopping can be found. For those looking for a detached single family home expect rental prices to be in the mid $3,000 a month range. These are typically a 12 month lease that most of the time allow for pets with certain restrictions. It's important to note that these are not large homes and are typically around the 1,000 to 1,300 square feet range with a one car attached garage. Historic homes in San Clemente for the most part are not large properties and often considered beach cottages.
