San Clemente Broker Preview Dates

Real Estate agents have a special day when they get to preview brand new listings that come on the market in the San Clemente real estate market place.  This is called "broker preview" since real estate agents and brokers have the ability to view a large number of listings in a short four period.  Often times, agents will spend just a couple minutes looking at a property and then drive on to the next property.  This allows them to be able to see a large number of properties so they are better able to identify properties that may work for their clients.

The dates for properties located in San Clemente, Dana Point and San Juan Capistrano is every Wednesday from 9:30am to 1:30pm. Buyers are also welcome to attend these open houses and can quickly view a lot of properties just like real estate agents. For the most part almost all new listings will be on for broker preview either the first or second week of being new on to the market.  This is a voluntary thing and not all properties will be included on this list.  A lot of really expensive homes are often not open to preview due to the owner's request.  This can be for a variety of reasons due to having valuable antiques and not wanting their home open to the general public.

We have gathered all the new listings in San Clemente below.  All of these homes have come on the market in the last 7 days so there is a good chance that may be open on the Wednesday broker preview.  We have the ability to send you a list of properties that will be open on any given Wednesday so please email us for a copy.  These previews are also very helpful when you have narrowed down your search to a specific neighborhood.  Just watch to see the new listings that come up here in your wanted area and check out these homes before most buyers will get a chance to see it.  This will give you a leg up on the competition and build your knowledge of local real estate prices.
