One of the biggest trends in the San Clemente Real Estate market is the rise in furnished rentals. There is currently a large inventory of homes and condos being offered as furnished rentals but there are many things to consider before renting a home. Most of the furnished rentals are typically on short term basis but this is not always the case. Over the last several years we have started to see more yearly furnished rentals coming on the market.
