San Clemente has several areas and neighborhoods of homes that can accommodate RV Parking.  One of the first areas that comes to mind is the Forster Ranch area of San Clemente.  One of the reasons that this is the #1 area is due to the age of these homes.  Many of the homes in the Forster Ranch area where built in the 1970's when homes were not built so close together and tend to be located on large over-sized lots.  Many of the lots have special driveways that can accommodate RV Parking directly on the home which is ideal for those who own RV homes.  There are also neighborhoods like Tocayo Canyon in Forster Ranch that have dedicated areas for RV parking.  The best part about the Forster Ranch area is that home prices tend to be much more affordable than

Situated in the Coast District of San Clemente is a very small neighborhood called Seaview Estates.  The homes are ideally located at the top of the ridge line with many homes offering panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean.  Dating back to the 1980's when most of the homes were built here, Seaview Estates offers one and two story homes that situated on large over-sized lots.  The size of the lots can be over double of what you would find closer to the beach and often average over 10,000 square feet of land.

The Coast District is one of the most overlooked areas when home buyers are looking for ocean view properties in San Clemente.  The Coast District is located just east of the freeway between the "Vista Hermosa" and "Camino Del Los Mares" freeway exits.  The Coast basically adjoins Forster Ranch which is located just inland of the Coast and is a great place to find ocean view single & two story homes.  The homes in this area were built throughout the 1970's and early 1980's and feature a majority of single family one and two story homes.  The homes that line the ocean side of Calle Frontera do back to the freeway so make sure you keep that in mind if you are sensitive to noise.  One of the more popular communities in the Coast is the Sea Coast Estates area
