San Clemente is one of the most beautiful places to live with a cool yet warm climate that is consistent year around. The Southwest San Clemente area where you will find the famous T-Street Beach is a popular place for surfers and those gathering near the San Clemente Pier area. There are a lot of people who live in this area that have pets, it's very rare to walk though this neighborhood and not see someone walking their pet. Unlike other beach towns in Orange County like Huntington Beach that have a dedicated dog beach area, San Clemente has a "no dogs on beach" policy.
